Optima batteries through their patented Spiral Technology have created a truly unique range of high power cranking and dual purpose deep cycle batteries.

The spiral cell technology allows every Optima battery to make full use of all the lead available. This creates exceptionally fast recharge rates and longer lasting times.

Don’t let the lower amp hour ratings confuse you. Most lead acid batteries perform at approximately 80% of their true efficiently.

However an OPTIMA BATTERY will perform at approximately 96% of its ability so a 75ah battery is more like a 120ah standard lead acid.

VIBRATION RESISTANT

If you after a battery for your 4x4, boat or camper you will need one that can handle the extreme vibrations that come with the conditions these vehicles put them under. Vibration is your batteries worst enemy. Optima have been tested at up to 15 times more resilient than many other top brand models. You can also make use of the full 100% charge of an Optima where you can really only use approx 70% of a normal lead acid. When mounting in boats or 4x4’s optima really come into their own. Being maintenance free means they can be mounted just about anywhere even upside down or on their side and they have a leak free warranty.
